Mathew Willis, Director
Mr. Mathew Willis has been teaching instrumental music at the middle and high school levels for nine years. Mr. Willis graduated with a Bachelors degree from Bridgewater College in Bridgewater, VA in 1999 and received his MM in conducting from Winthrop University in 2004. He is currently in his second year at Indian Land High School after teaching at the middle school level for six years and teaching at North Central High School for two. Along with his professional duties as a band director, Mr. Willis has served as a site chair for state concert festival for the SCBDA for the past five years and plans to pursue his National Board Certification during the 09'-10' school year.
